Would my child be eligible for a funded place?
Funding is available for all 3 and 4 year olds, commencing the term after their 3rd birthday. Some children are eligible for funded places from 2 years, please for further information see the following link https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk.
Do you offer 30 funded hours?
We offer a fully funded place for all the hours we have on offer to families who are eligible.

What is the staff : child ratio?

2 - 3 years = 1 : 5

3 - 5 years = 1 : 8
This is the legal ratio requirement but we often run at a ratio of 1 : 6 for 3-5 year olds.
What is the age range of children attending the group?
Children may start as soon as they are 2 , provided there is space for them. Most children remain in our care until they are rising 5's.
How many children are you able to take each morning?
We are registered to have up to a maximum of 26 children.
Can I come to look around the group before making my decision?
Yes, we actively encourage you to come and look around us, and that of the other local settings. This will help you choose the right environment for you and your child. We encourage families to visit for a session both prior to going on the waiting list and as many as you require before your child starts with us.
Could I send my child to you ?
For some families thinking a group wouldn't accept their child is real worry, for a range of reasons from being in nappies to an allergy or specific development need, give us a call to discuss how we can support your family.
